Map Based Information Application Introduction

Welcome to the Map Based Information for the governments of the 15 cities and the County of Fresno County.  Through this service, you will be able to find governmental information based on geographic location. Specific information available includes recent census data, health, education and social service information, land divisions, parcel maps, political jurisdictions, and more.

For example:

• Zoning areas in the County and incorporated areas
• Annexation histories for cities in the County
• Redevelopment areas
• Fires Districts and Fire Response Areas
• Sewer & Water Districts and Flood Control Services
• Facility Districts in cities

• Business Improvement, Parking and Enterprise Zones
• Parcel Maps and Tentative Tract Maps
• General Plans of the County and incorporated cities

This application contains county street and highway information but does not automatically create routing, or point to point driving directions like some other internet mapping applications.

The data supporting the information retrieved is maintained by the staff of the County, the 15 cities and special districts.  Schedules for updates vary depending on their standards. In most cases, the information displayed is the same as that used by the staff of the County, city or special district.
